can I invoke winpkfilter functions in C#?

Hi
can I invoke all functions from winpkfilter ndisapi.dll using c# on .net framework?
if possible, how can I do for that? My purpose is to create windows services and implement a filter using c# under .net framework 2.0. The development tool will be vs.net 2005.

ndisapi.dll is a Win32 DLL and you can call it from C#. Please check the links below about calling Win32 DLL from C#
