WinpkFilter miniport driver installed on vista, need reboot?

i install WinpkFilter miniport driver with snetcfg.exe on vista, after installed, the network disable and not access internet, it seem to be must reboot, the network will be work. on xp not need reboot. whehter is normal on vista, have way to not reboot on vista?

Sometimes reboot is required, sometimes not. That depends if network stack can reconfigure dynamically or not.
